On December 27th, 2024, a special exchange took place between the incredible group of rural women from Diber, Albania, and the inspiring women from Debar, North Macedonia.
This gathering was a celebration of learning, sharing, and empowering each other. The women came together to exchange valuable experiences on promoting tourism, preserving traditional heritage, and driving economic and social empowerment.
The day included inspiring discussions, and the rural women had the chance to explore a vibrant local craft fair, discovering the beautiful artisanal work that reflects the region’s rich culture.
A highlight of the event was the opportunity to hear from local agritourism women entrepreneurs, whose stories of success and resilience continue to inspire.

Më 27 dhjetor 2024, u organizuar nje vizitё studimore ndёrmjet të grave nga Dibra, Shqipëri, dhe grave nga Dibra e Madhe nё Maqedoninё e Veriut.
Ky takim ishte një mundёsi pёr tё mёsuar nga njёra tjetra, ndarё informacion dhe mundёsi pёr fuqizim nёpёrmjet lidhjeve tё krijuara me njëra-tjetrën. Gratë u mblodhën për të shkëmbyer përvoja të vlefshme në promovimin e turizmit, ruajtjen e trashëgimisë dhe fuqizimin e tyre ekonomik dhe social.
Gjatё aktivitetit pati diskutime frymëzuese, dhe gratë patën gjithashtu mundësinë të vizitonin një panair tё artizaneve nga Dibra e Madhe. Punimet e tyre artizanale pasqyronin kulturën e pasur të rajonit.
Një moment interesant I aktivitetit ishte mundësia për të dëgjuar historitё dhe mesazhet gratё sipërmarrëse nё agriturizёm të cilat me histori suksesi dhe pёrpjekje tё vazhdueshme vazhdojnë të frymëzojnë.
Se bashku, ndërtojmë komunitete më të fuqishme dhe fuqizojmë grate!
