Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation (ALCDF) in framework of the local subsidy
agreement “Piloting a local and a regional DMO in Dibra. Taking the next step towards a
participatory DMO structure” implemented in the framework of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für
Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH funded project “Sustainable Development of Rural
Area in Albania (SRD)”, is looking for a consultant /expert for:
DMO Establishment and Community Engagement in Diber
The description of tasks that the expertise should fulfil, the necessary qualifications and criteria,
and the deliverables to be developed are provided in the Terms of References for this expertise.
All applications must be in English. The interested applicants are requested to send all the
requested documents via e-mail in the address: info@alcdf.org, or mail / hand delivery in closed envelopes to the ALCDF address at Rr. “Shyqyri Ishmi”, Pallati Shpresa, 22/5, Tirane, Albania.
