ALCDF implemented the project for “Women Empowerment in Diber from agro-tourism ( WEDA ) financed by USA Embassy under Democracy commission small grants program.
On date 18 December 2020, Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation – ALCDF, organized the
training on Hospitality and customer care. The training targeted the owners and people working guest
houses, hostels, and camping sites. The aim of the training is to transfer practical knowledge on
hospitality and customer care to the specialty accommodation’s tourism chain actors in Diber. It was
organized in one training day and delivered for two groups. The participants were 10 representatives of
guest houses, hostels, hotels, and camping sites who are recently involved in tourism sector and 16
youngsters interested to become part of tourism sector.
