Kaza frut

Pershkrimi

Ramazan Kaza, a man with exceptional passion and dedication for agriculture, has transformed this field into a success story that began in 2009. Originally from the village of Shumbat, he has made a name for himself in the production of high-quality plums, becoming one of the leading producers of this fruit in the region.

Each year, Ramazan produces over 30 tons of plums, a considerable amount that reflects his unwavering commitment and hard work in agriculture. After a meticulous processing procedure, he brings this fresh and delicious fruit to the market, where hushaf, a traditional product made from plums, plays an important role in the culinary culture of the Balkans and beyond. The preparation of hushaf involves boiling dried plums until they are completely softened and their juice thickens, resulting in a sweet and rich mixture. Hushaf is often used as a natural dessert, served with hot beverages, or as an ingredient in other traditional recipes.

Additionally, Kaza Frut Raki, a plum brandy, is another traditional product. This alcoholic beverage is made through the fermentation and distillation of fresh plums. The quality of the raki is often linked to the careful preparation process and the use of selected fruits, reflecting the tradition and dedication to creating an authentic product.

Ramazan's success is the result of tireless work, careful management of plum cultivation, and his deep passion for agriculture, which has enabled him to create a sustainable and fruitful model for the future.
