Anila

Anila’s
work is an important part of Anila’s job is the constant care of the cows. She
ensures that they have a balanced and healthy diet, so that they can produce
high-quality milk. Anila is careful about the environment in which they live,
ensuring clean and safe conditions, keeping the cows in the stable and giving
them space to move and feed. Another important task for Anila is milking the
cows. She milks the cows twice a day, to ensure that the milk is collected in
hygienic conditions and maintains its quality. The milk she collects is fresh
and in high demand in the local market.
Anila
also processes the milk into other products, such as cheese, yogurt, or butter.
After processing and packaging the products, she is also involved in the sales
aspect. Where she can sell the milk and dairy products in the local village
market or offer them to more distant consumers. In addition to this important
work, Anila also collects and sells clover (terfil), making this a
second seasonal job.
