Hidajete

ensures the milk has excellent quality, which is the basis of every product she
produces. Hidajete is very careful at every step of the process, collecting the
milk in the early hours of the morning, when it is still fresh and rich in
nutritional value.
Cow's
cheese is Hidajete's pride and the most popular product she produces. After
collecting the milk, she processes it with special care to create delicious and
fresh cheese. Her cheese has a rich and natural flavor, which comes as a result
of traditional processing, preserving all the nutritional values of the milk.
The use of natural bacteria cultures and ancient processing techniques give the
cheese a special flavor, but in addition to cheese, she also attaches special
importance to the production of butter with primitive rural methods, making it
as traditional and fresh as possible. For Hidajete, the production of cheese
