Fondacioni Shqiptarë i Zhvillimit të Kapaciteteve Lokale (ALCDF) në kuadër të projektit Diber: Trails and Tradition (D2T), financuar nga USAID dhe Ambasada Suedeze, po kërkon një ekspert/kompani për zhvillimin e platformës elektronike web CMS të informacionit dhe promovimit të turizmit në Bashkinë Dibër.
Plani i Veprimit për Turizmin për Bashkinë Dibër, identifikoi shërbimet dhe produktet e biznesit turistik të Dibrës dhe ato që janë në zhvillim. Kjo faqe interneti ka si qëllim të paraqesë keto produkte dhe shërbime dhe t`i promovojë ato. Platforma e internetit do të paraqesë por jo vetëm; një CMS (Content Management System - Një sistem për menaxhimin e të dhënave) që është instiktiv, i lehtë për t`u përdorur dhe që mund të përditësohet lehtësisht; sistem (e) të dhënash; funksion kërkimi të brendshëm;faqe interneti e vecante për bizneset dhe produktet; mundësi për blerje on-line; adresa për rezervime në faqet e operatorëve përkates; ndërlidhja e të dhënave me faqe te tjera interneti dhe integrimi me mediat sociale; përshkrime të produkteve që mund të shkarkohen lehtësisht,duke përfshirë harta elektronike dhe në leter; bibliotekë multimediale; kalendari i aktiviteteve; blogje,forume,sondazhe, etj

Creative Web/Social Media Platform Designer Desired
Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation (ALCDF) in framework of project: Diber: Trails and Tradition (D2T), financed by USAID and Sweden Embassy in Tirana is looking for a consultant /expert on developing web/social media platform including a business services backbone will be created to promote and support tourism in Diber.
"A Tourism Action Plan (TAP) identified Diber touristic business services and products and those under development. This web site will feature those products and services and promote them to the world. The web platform will feature but not be limited to: a CMS (Content Management System) that is instinctive,easy-to-use and that can be easily updated: database(s):internal search function:single page micro-websites for businesses and products; an on-line store;reservation and booking links to affiliate sites;data interfacing with other websites and integration of social media feeds; downloadable product descriptions including paper and electronic maps; multi-media library;calendar of events; blogs,forums,surveys,etc"/.
All applications must be in English. The interested applicants are requested to submit a hard copy of the technical application and budget as well as a soft copy of the application in a CD or USB stick.
