Albanian Local Capacity Foundation (ALCDF); Qendra Kosovare per Zhvillim (KDC) and Makedonska Razvojna Fondacija za Pretprijatija (MRFP) in the framework of the project: “Improving tourism offer in highlands of Albania and Kosovo”, financed by EU Delegation in Albania, ALCDF team is looking for a company/expert, it is intended to assess the relevance, performance, management arrangements and success of the project. It looks at signs of potential impact of project activities on the project area in Albania (Municipality of Has and Tropoja) and in Kosovo (Gjakova, Peja, Juniku and Deqani Region), final project beneficiaries and other beneficiaries and sustainability of results, including the contribution to project activities such as training, coaching and technical assistance, implementation of projects activities, capacity development, media promotion, fairs, study visits, familiarization trips etc.
