Training No. 4: Effective and Environmentally Friendly Use of Pesticides in Agriculture According to EU Protocols

In implementation of the project "Clean Environment Through Integrated Agriculture," enabled by the "Civil Society Program for Albania and Kosovo," funded by the Norwegian Embassy in Prishtina (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway) and managed by the Kosovo Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) in partnership with Partners Albania for Change and Development (PA), implemented by ALCDF and FFF, a fourth training was conducted during this period on the theme of "Effective and Environmentally Friendly Use of Pesticides in Agriculture According to EU Protocols" on June 20 and 21 with two different groups of farmers, approximately 40 farmers in total. During this training, farmers were introduced to the importance of controlled chemical treatments, pesticides and their functions, the classification of pesticides used in agriculture, the types of plant protection products (PPP) used in agriculture in Albania, plant protection products, future PPPs according to EU standards, etc.
