Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation (ALCDF) in framework of the local subsidy

agreement “Piloting a local and a regional DMO in Dibra. Taking the next step towards a

participatory DMO structure” implemented in the framework of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für

Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH funded project “Sustainable Development of Rural

Area in Albania (SRD)”, is looking for a consultant /expert for:

Consultancy Services for Local Tourism Specialist (LTS) in Diber

The description of tasks that the expertise should fulfil, the necessary qualifications and criteria,

and the deliverables to be developed are provided in the Terms of References for this expertise.
