Annual Report 2025

This is the 2025 Report of the Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation (ALCDF) a non-profit founded in 2010 as a spinoff of SNV Netherlands Development Organisation. It presents ALCDF's mission, structure and partnerships, and gives an overview of its project portfolio in local governance, agriculture, tourism, forestry and environment, and civil society support across more than 10 regions of Albania and cross-border areas with Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia.
