Workshop on Hospitality and Culture in Gurrëz, Kurbin

24 participants, young people from the Kurbin area, women and tourism sector operators, participated in this training, acquiring knowledge and practical skills on:- Principles and standards of hospitality and customer service- Managing expectations and improving visitor experience- Communication and behavior with clients from different cultures- Case studies and practical demonstrations on cultural misinterpretations

The training was evaluated very positively by participants, who engaged in discussions and practical activities to improve their service in the tourism and hospitality sector.
