The Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation (ALCDF) within the framework of the project "Improving Tourism Offer in the Mountainous Areas of Albania and Kosovo", financed by the European Union Delegation in Albania, is seeking an expert or group of experts for: Identification, Design and Proposal of Small-Scale Technical Interventions for the Improvement of Two Thematic Paths in the Has and Tropoja regions (or one of them) for the project "Improving Tourism Offer in the Mountainous Areas of Albania and Kosovo".

The description of tasks to be fulfilled by the expert, the necessary qualifications, and the deliverables to be submitted are provided in the Terms of Reference which can be found in: DOWNLOAD MATERIALS

Interested applicants are required to submit the Technical Proposal, CV of the expert(s), and the Financial Offer by hand or by mail at the following address: ALCDF – Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation, Rr. Shyqyri Ishmi, Pallati Shpresa, No. 22/5

Applications are accepted until September 3, 2018, until 17:30 hours. The envelope must contain the technical proposal and the financial proposal.
