The Albanian Local Capacity Development Foundation (ALCDF) within the framework of the project: "Improving the tourism offer in mountainous areas of Albania and Kosovo", financed by the Delegation of the European Union in Albania, is seeking an expert or group of experts for: Identification, Design and Proposal of small-scale technical interventions for the improvement of two thematic paths in the Has and Tropoja area (or one of them) for the project: "Improving the tourism offer in mountainous areas of Albania and Kosovo". Applications are accepted until September 11, 2018, until 17:30 hours. The envelope must contain the technical proposal and the financial proposal.
