Supervision of works on Trails No.3 (Hinoskë - Rabdisht Trail and Trail No.4 Hinoskë-Ilnicë - Melan). The project "Cross-border Cycling: A Next-Level Adventure Tourism in Mavrovo-Rostushe and Dibër" has been financially supported by the European Delegation in the Republic of North Macedonia within the framework of the Cross-border Programme Republic of North Macedonia - Republic of Albania under the Instrument of Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II) for 2016 & 2017. The project is being implemented by: • Albanian Foundation for Local Capacity Development (ALCDF) • Association for Active Tourism Exploration 2018, Ohër • Dibër District Council • Municipality of Mavrovo and Rostushe

The overall objective of the project is: Further development in the adventure tourism economic sector in the cross-border area of Mavrovo-Rostushe and Dibër, through the creation of new tourist products with the final objective of increasing the number of domestic and foreign visitors. Within the framework of the second objective of this project, it is envisioned to construct 40 km of bicycle trails in the two respective countries in the Dibër area in the Republic of Albania and the Mavrovo-Rostushe area in the Republic of North Macedonia.
